• Trip details you enter in the itinerary builder — destination, cities, dates, travel group, budget, travel style, interests, accommodation and transport preferences, and any notes or special requirements you add.
• Enquiry details you send us through the contact page or by email.
• Technical information such as your browser type, device type, approximate location and pages visited.

The first name you enter in the free sample itinerary flow is held only in your browser while you use it. It is not sent to us or stored anywhere.

• To create and deliver the personalised itinerary you have requested.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To process your payment and issue receipts.
• To improve our destinations, content and the itinerary builder.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have specifically asked us to.

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your progress through the itinerary builder. Optional analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then work less well.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. Your full card details are entered directly with that provider and are never seen or stored by us. We receive only what we need to confirm your order, such as the amount, the date and a transaction reference.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encrypted connections and restricted access — to protect your information. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take this responsibility seriously and keep data only as long as we reasonably need it.
