My Asia Itinerary provides travel planning information and custom digital travel itineraries. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial travel planning. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

We work hard to keep our content accurate, but travel information changes constantly. Opening hours, prices, transport routes, entry rules and local conditions can all change without notice, and you remain responsible for confirming details before you travel.

A personalised itinerary is a custom digital product created from the answers you provide in the itinerary builder. The free sample itinerary is an automatically generated three-day plan provided for demonstration purposes.

Our itineraries are planning documents only. We do not:

• act as a travel agent, tour operator or booking agent;
• make, hold or guarantee any reservation on your behalf;
• guarantee availability, prices or opening times of any venue, service or transport;
• provide legal, medical, visa or immigration advice.

Prices for each trip length are displayed on the website and are payable in full before an itinerary is created. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Because each itinerary is created specifically for you, it cannot be returned once it has been delivered. You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before work on your itinerary begins.

If your delivered itinerary does not reflect the answers you submitted, or contains a material error on our part, contact us and we will correct it or, where correction is not reasonably possible, refund you. Changes of mind about a destination after delivery are not grounds for a refund, although we will make reasonable adjustments where we can.

All content on this website and within our itineraries — including text, layout, design, imagery, branding and the My Asia Itinerary name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you buy an itinerary we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own trip, including sharing it with the people travelling with you. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of it, or present it as your own work.

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or any related systems.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the website.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content through our forms.
• Do not use the website in any way that disrupts it for other users.

We may suspend or refuse service where these terms are breached.

Our itineraries are provided as guidance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, delay, cost, injury, illness or damage arising from your travel, your bookings, third-party services, or your reliance on any suggestion in an itinerary.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the itinerary in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You are responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance, valid travel documents and any required visas or vaccinations.

Our itineraries and pages may reference or link to third-party websites, venues, transport operators and booking platforms. We do not control these services, do not endorse them by linking to them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing or conduct.

We may add, change or withdraw destinations, trip lengths, pricing or website features at any time. We may also update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.

We do not currently require accounts. If accounts are introduced in the future, you will be responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out under your account, and you must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which My Asia Itinerary operates, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing here affects mandatory consumer rights available to you locally.
